We're heading out to Australia for the Illawarra folk festival and a few more gigs in New South Wales and Queensland as well a a bit of a holiday.

We've started the blog, you can check it out via the link.

The first gig of the year was at Grimsby Folk Club early January. We were both full of cold, but we needed to get match fit for what lay ahead.

Twenty nine gigs in thirty two days on the road with Fairport Convention.

With an ever expanding brood of grandchildren, Christmas is getting mighty expensive.

As such we will be spending a large part of November on the road.

Our travels will take us over to Germany for a few gigs and then a couple in Belgium before returning to blighty and travels up north.

We will then return home, decorate the house, pop out for a couple more gigs in December and then relax.

We've been invited to play the Illawarra Folk Festival again in January, what a great way to escape the British winter.

We will be playing a few more gigs in and around New South Wales while we're out there and hopefully catching up with some of the friends we made out there in 2017.

Pinch me I'm dreaming! No you're not; we have pictures to prove it.

A million thanks to Fairport Convention for inviting us to perform with them at Cropredy Festival - an absolute honour!
